Anti-etching PCB Ink Marker Pen used for repairing PCB boards.

 

An anti-etching CCL (copper-clad laminate) PCB (printed circuit board) ink marker pen is a specialized pen that is used to mark or label circuit boards during the manufacturing process. A circuit board is a thin, flat board that is used to support and connect electronic components using conductive pathways, or traces, made of copper. The CCL is a type of material that is used to make circuit boards, and it consists of a thin layer of copper foil laminated onto a non-conductive substrate, such as fiberglass or plastic.

The anti-etching ink in the marker pen is designed to resist being etched away when the circuit board is immersed in an etching solution, which is used to remove the unwanted copper from the board during the manufacturing process. This allows the markings made with the pen to remain visible and legible after the etching process is completed. The marker pen is used to label or mark the circuit board with identifying information, such as the part number, manufacturer, or revision level, or to mark specific areas of the board for testing or assembly.
